What I really think of my own products: Fall Collection Edition

Welcome to my second ever Blog/Newsletter Combo! I usually keep my newsletter short and sweet, but I wanted to give a full review of my Fall samples that came in so I thought I’d combine the two. Don’t feel like reading through my short novel? No problem! I attached Instagram Reels of me reviewing the products (Don’t worry, you don’t have to have an Instagram account to watch them!) Don’t want to watch those? Not a problem! I love all of my samples. The End… Well maybe not actually end.

Mugs
What I looked for when reviewing: I really focus on quality. I want to make sure things I buy and things I have for sale are worth the price. I wanted to make sure the mugs were sturdy, and the images were clear with little to no pixels.
My thoughts: I bought two mugs to sample from my website. I got the Cozy Fall Pattern mug and the Fall with My Gnomies design mug. They are both 15 oz white ceramic mugs but are available in 11oz and 20 oz as well. I love how sturdy the mugs are and how crisp the images came out. They are dishwasher and microwave safe, which is a must in my household! When I unboxed them, I was pleased to see them wrapped in thick bubble wrap and in their own individual boxes inside the large box. Overall I am very pleased with how these turned out, and cannot find any flaws with them!
Short and Long Sleeve Tees and Sweatshirts
What I looked for when reviewing: I mainly looked at the quality of the images when reviewing the shirts. I was familiar with the quality of the brands they were being printed on, so I knew what to expect in terms of fabric quality and longevity of the material.
My thoughts: I ordered three different shirts from my website: the short sleeve Bella+Canvas Super Soft tee, the Gildan Long Sleeve tee, and the Gildan Classic Crewneck sweatshirt. Everything was perfect on these shirts. The images were crisp and you could see the detailing I have on the designs. The images are soft, so they move with the fabric of the shirts, and you can’t feel them on the inside of the shirt when you’re wearing it. I don’t care for shirts that have a thick design that rub on the inside of the shirt, so I am very glad these don’t. My only concern is with how they are printed, I fear they might flake off with a lot of wash and wear. Unfortunately, I don’t see a way around that at the moment but will wash and wear these like I normally do and see how they hold up!
I did purchase two toddler shirts for my sons as well. They turned out amazing and I can’t wait to see them on. I currently only have a listing for toddler sizes on my website, but if anyone is interested in children’s sizes, let me know in the feedback form below! I am happy to create a listing for them. 😄
